Job Responsibilities:
- Support The Implementation Of The Council’s Performance Measurement Framework At The Program And Corporate Level;
- Assist And Support In The Management And Development Of Performance Measurement Indicators, Methodologies And Tools;
- Develop Process Costing Indicators And Conduct Analyses Of Cost Efficiency;
- Contribute To The Council’s Research Into The Impact Of Its Interventions;
- Support The Council’s Risk Management Framework And Integrated Planning And Reporting;
- Provide Assistance To Granting Program Staff And Other Council Staff Related To Data Collection And Validation Methodologies, Analysis Of Performance Indicators, Etc.;
Job Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint), good understanding of data architecture and diagram principles, and good knowledge of data software (such as SPSS, SQL Studio Management, Cognos or Datawrapper for data visualization)
Qualification & Experience:
- An undergraduate degree in public administration, economics, finance, social sciences, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in research, data analysis and public administration
- Experience in data visualization, dashboards and other tools for corporate reporting
- Five (5) years of experience directly related to the principal responsibilities of the position in a government or public sector organization, or in an arts or social sciences organization including three (3) years progressive experience in corporate reporting, results-based management, performance measurement or efficiency measurement
- Experience analyzing and presenting financial and statistical data using a computerized system
- Experience in cost efficiency and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience in preparing corporate reports for internal and external stakeholders
